  • ♦ Desert Breezes Resort is in a community of other associations, timeshares and residents. Desert Breezes Resort has two pools, one by the resort’s lobby and the check-in and the other pool is surrounded by our rooms and buildings. We have access to a third pool in which is part of the overall community. The community also has a clubhouse located near all the tennis courts off the main gate on Fred Waring Dr. The community Clubhouse also has a gym which our guests can use. We do not operate these amenities and we do not maintain them.

☀️ Find Your Poolside Pace

Soak up the Palm Desert sunshine with a refreshing swim or a leisurely afternoon by the pool. Two resort-operated pools offer space to cool off and enjoy the outdoors, while a third pool within the surrounding community provides another option for swimming and lounging. Spend the morning taking a dip, enjoy a relaxing afternoon poolside, or simply bask in the warm desert air. With multiple pools to choose from, it’s easy to make time for a little outdoor relaxation during your stay.

🎾 Make Time for Recreation

Add some variety to your stay with recreational facilities available within the surrounding community. Options include tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a putting green, along with a fitness center inside the community clubhouse. These shared amenities provide additional opportunities for exercise and friendly competition. Please note that these facilities are not operated or maintained by the resort, and access may vary.

🌿 Enjoy the Outdoors

Landscaped grounds and a pond with a decorative fountain add visual interest to the resort’s outdoor areas. Guests can also make use of outdoor grills for preparing meals and enjoying casual dining in the open air. The grounds and grilling facilities provide a pleasant setting for enjoying time outdoors.
