  1. I recently moved, where can I submit my change of address?
    To complete your change of address, phone number, or e-mail online, please visit, or call our Owner Services department at 800-817-4653 ext. 1.

    *Your most current contact information is necessary to keep you up-to-date with important notices, maintenance fee statement billings, and general communication from your association. Thank you for helping us help you!

  2. When can I expect my annual maintenance fee statement?
    Regular association dues are billed annually and are due on October 1st of each year. (This is subject to change based on ABC Policy). A statement is mailed to you as a courtesy to assist you in making your maintenance fee payment. Non-receipt of a statement does not relieve you of your financial obligation. Check and cash payments are encouraged to help keep association expenses down.
  3. How can I pay my annual maintenance fees?
    Check and cash payments can be sent through the mail with your receipt. Credit card payments can be made online at or by calling your Owner Services department at 800-817-4653 ext. 1.
  4. Why did my maintenance fees increase/decrease?
    Maintenance fee amounts are based on a projected budget of the predicted costs needed to run the resort smoothly. The amounts are approved by the Board of Directors for Desert Breezes. Maintenance fees may increase or decrease each year, depending on the needs of the resort itself.
  5. If I have questions concerning my payments, who do I call?
    Please contact our Accounts Receivable Department at 800-817-4653 ext 7, or send an e-mail to
  6. I cannot use my week at Desert Breezes this year. What are my options?
    • Send a guest on your use week at Desert Breezes.
    • Deposit your week with Trading Places or with an outside exchange company.
    • Rent your weeks. (Please contact the Rental Department at 800-817-4653 ext. 4)
  7. When can I book my reservations at Desert Breezes?
    You may book your reservations 13 months in advance to the day or less. High Season owners may book weeks 28-36 and Prime Season owners may book weeks 1-27 and 37-52. You may upgrade or downgrade your season 6 months in advance to the day or less. Upgrades are subject to a $30 per night fee.
  8. What check-in days are available at Desert Breezes Resort?
    Friday and Saturday check-ins are available.
  9. Can I use only part of my week?
    You may book any combination of stays using your owner use time. There is a two-night minimum.  Only one stay may include a weekend. You will be charged a $35.00 fee at the time you book the second and third parts of your split week. Please note that you must use all seven nights within the calendar year.
  10. Can I make additional reservations at Desert Breezes if I have already used my week?
    A discounted nightly rental for owners, or “Bonus Time” is available to all owners to book 60 days or less in advance of arrival. Please contact the Owner Services department for current fees and availability: 800-817-4653, ext. 1.

  11. Can a guest use my unit?
    Yes, a guest can use your unit. Contact Owner Services at 800-817-4653, ext. 1 or e-mail with your guest's name and general information. There is no fee to add a guest name to your reservation.
  12. I never received a confirmation. Where do I get one?
    You may request a confirmation by calling or e-mailing the Owner Services department at 800-817-4653, ext. 1 or e-mailing
  13. Can I make my owner use time reservations online?
    Use time reservations may be requested by calling the Owner Services Department at 800-817-4653, ext 1, emailing or visiting Reservation requests are processed based on availability. An acknowledgement letter will be mailed to you and confirms TPI received your reservation request. In the event you do not receive this confirmation, please call TPI, as your request may not have been received. 800-817-4653, ext. 1.
  14. I’m bringing my family this year. Can I upgrade my unit size?
    Unit upgrades can be booked 6 months or less to the day prior to arrival, based on availability. Contact the Owner Services department by calling 800-817-4653, ext. 1 for fees and availability.

  16. Why did RCI or II deny my deposit?
    In order to deposit your week with an outside exchange company, you must book a week at Desert Breezes Resort. Your maintenance fees for the year also must be paid in full. Please check with the Owner Services department at 800-817-4653, ext. 1 for more information.
  17. Is there a cut-off date to deposit my week?
    It is recommended that you deposit your week at least 70 days or more prior to arrival. Approved deposits are subject to the exchange company’s rules, regulations, and demands. Not all weeks are eligible.
  18. What is the difference between banking and depositing?
    Banking and depositing are the same.
  19. How can I transfer the title on my deed?

    As an owner of Desert Breezes, membership in Premier Access is FREE. Owners are not required to pay an annual membership fee.
  3. How much does it cost to trade my week for another resort?
    Exchanges within the Premier Access Family of Resorts are free. Please visit for a list of these resorts.

    You also have access to making exchanges into 500+ resorts at thirty dollars off the standard exchange rate.

The ARDA-ROC Timeshare Resale Resource Center
The ARDA-ROC Timeshare Resale Resource Center is available on the website. Please click here to view the new ARDA-ROC Resale Center. This is a one-stop resource to educate timeshare owners about the resale process and to protect them from unscrupulous resale and marketing companies.

The goal of this new Resale Center is to offer owners an objective educational place on the web regarding traversing the thorny secondary market.

The Resource Center offers:

  • Information for consumers on how to find the right type of resale process to meet their individual needs.
  • Checklists to help them through the resale process including questions they may ask potential resale companies.
  • Information on how to identify scams and avoid commonly made mistakes.
  • A comprehensive list of frequently asked questions owners may have about reselling. Some of the most important questions dealing with such issues as whether or not legal and tax advice is believable; how the secondary market is regulated; and where to file complaints, along with websites to verify facts about a resale company.
  • A site that encourages owners to share information on their resale experience and the effectiveness of their resale efforts through an on-line survey.
