Desert Breezes Sales is the official onsite resale broker authorized to offer association foreclosures and private party resales. The following information will answer commonly asked questions. Please call anytime for more information or to become an owner at beautiful Desert Breezes Resort.

• Desert Breezes offers one week intervals, deeded every year use in your choice of a mini/studio that sleeps two, one-bedroom that sleeps four, or two-bedroom suite that sleeps up to six. The intervals are floating units that float within a season (High Season-mid July to mid September or Prime Season - January 1st to mid July and mid September to December 31st).


• The reservation window is 13 months or less in advance of the travel date desired and is on a first-come, first-served basis, all based on availability.


• Desert Breezes owners enjoy the privilege of Bonus Time - additional time at the resort in any size suite, any time, based upon availability - from only $50 for a mini, $70 for a one bedroom and $85 for a two-bedroom per night. You can reserve as far as 30 days in advance or call for tonight's availability.


• Desert Breezes has multiple exchange options: Trading Places International, RCI (Gold Crown Rating with RCI) and Interval International.
